A large state agency has begun to document and categorize all the types of records stored in the Records Center division to determine the records retention policy associated with those documents and all identifying information used to retrieve the physical documents.

The SharePoint Architect will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Assist the Network Administration division staff with the installation and configuration of MOSS 2010.

• Using requirements gather by Records Center division staff, develop SharePoint site for records management.

• Integrate third party software to enable scan operators to index scanned documents and upload directly to SharePoint site.

• Implement security settings on MOSS 2010 server to limit access to SharePoint sites to appropriate staff

• Implement backup and restore procedures for MOSS 2010 sever to ensure content is properly saved.
