1.       Experience in designing and developing  automation framework (Hybrid, data driven)

2.       Hands on experience in working with RFT

3.       Experience in automation of Java based applications (web applications, web services)

4.       Very Good Communication Skills

5.       Nice to Have – Experience in working in IBM mainframe environment (CICS, DB2)
