Required Skills
Min 4 years of Domain experience in Employee compensation and Employee Personnel Development
Min 5 years of Experience in SAP HCM and 3 years of Experience in SAP Talent Management
3 implementation experience in Performance management, at least one PMS implementation in PMS
EHP4
2 implementation experience in SAP Compensation management and PD
Good Communication Skill
Should have worked in ESS / MSS projects
