Job Description & Skills needed: Scope: Implement EDI manager to successfully upload EDI 810 and 820 vendor layouts into the PS8.8 voucher build process for 2 strategic sourcing vendors; and incorporate current accounts payable and procurement pre-invoicing and payment approval processes into the new EDI invoice upload process. 

Project Tasks:  Resource expected to lead project phases - requirements gathering, design, build, test and implementation. Resource expected to create and meet project timelines for each vendor deliverable; participate/conduct weekly status meetings with vendor and Aon teams; capture and report issues to Aon project lead; drive each project phase to successful, expected results.

-         EDI project experience

-         Skilled in EDI toolset and complexities 

-         Skilled in EDI project phases

-         Knowledgeable in functional design process mapping

-         Knowledgeable in the end-to-end EDI and PS8.8 payment process. 

-         Expected to create EDI process design documentation and Aon's EDI vendor layout requirements going forward
