Description:

Serve as a Microsoft .NET/SharePoint developer to create and develop new and existing applications. Responsibilities include participating in the design, development, customization and integration efforts of corporate SharePoint solutions involving Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Business Process and Forms. 

 

Qualifications:

•B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Information Systems. 

•Experience in developing Windows SharePoint Services (MOSS 2007), .NET Framework, MS SQL Server, Visual Studio 2008/2010, C#, ASP.Net, VB.NET, XML. 

•A solid understanding of business workflows and capabilities of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007/2010, Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 and 3.0, SharePoint Designer 2007/2010, Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server, and Microsoft Office suite of products (InfoPath forms, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word Documents) 

•Knowledge of architectural design, hands on SharePoint/Web development, management and troubleshooting with a focus on deploying and supporting corporate SharePoint solutions 

•Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory authentication and group security as it applies to SharePoint 

•Experience in migrating SharePoint 2007 sites to the SharePoint 2010 platform a plus 

•Experience in working with development, staging and production environments. 

•Knowledge of current Web standards, design standards, and Web best practices 

•Knowledge of n-tier architectures and design patterns or frameworks, custom workflows, UML, and MVC 

•Strong knowledge in object-oriented concepts and methodologies
