Position: Java Technical Lead
Location – Sterling, VA
Duration – 10 months
Job Description:
· 1 Technical Lead with 7 –8 yrs of experience with the following skills
· The Technical Lead will need to plan, design , evaluate and direct complete End to End Integration solution solutions for business needs of our customer using Mulesoft ESB. The Solution Architect will be expected to lead a team for the delivery of this solution.
· Excellent understanding and working experience on OOAD and methodologies.
· Must be able to understand and express any design/architecture aspect through UML and/or other representations.
· Hands-on experience with one of the modeling tools like Rational Rose etc
· Through understanding of Design Patterns and experience in their usage.
· Core Java, EJB, XML, JAXB, J2C, Spring (IoC/AoP/Transactions/Security), Hibernate, Spring JDBC, JDBC, WebSphere Application Server, Maven, Hudson, Tomcat, WebSphere MQ/JMS, Mule or any ESB, Eclipse/RAD, Web Services (SOAP/REST), SOAP UI, JUnit
· Strong Knowledge in ESB concepts.
· Familiarity with test-driven development and continuous integration practices • Knowledge on Agile Development processes like SCRUM etc
· Excellent Communication Skills.
