Please provide only profiles with relational modeling(Transactional/Operational systems modeling) experience. Dimensional modeling is good to have, but the position is for relational modeling space.
Responsibilities:
Data Modeler:
* Understand ,appreciate and apply the data normalization principles.
* Through knowledge of any one data modeling tool .Erwin v7.x is Plus, hands on in complete compare, metadata capture features.
* Understand the differences between different table structures such as Audit, Archive etc.
* Experience in gathering requirements, analyze the existing structures, analyze the data ,design data model and facilitate physical implementation. Should be aware of the complete lifecycle process of data modeling.
* Understand, appreciate and apply different data model patterns such as bridge/mapping table for many to many relationships, internationalization etc.
* Understand the philosophy behind the relationships( Identifying and non identifying).
