Roles & Responsibilities	:	Hands on experience in designing, developing, and testing systems/applications using J2EE Very strong and hands-on experience with Spring Very strong design skills and experience in design patterns Good experience in Application Architecture including Component and SOA systems. Some experience with AJAX and ideally Ext JS Experience in transaction processing systems preferably for insurance or financial services systems
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Strong team player working in a large diverse and distributed team. Strong skills managing on-shore and off-shore development teams of 2-6 Strong planning skills that include estimates, schedules, dependencies, and risks
