Location:   NY

Duration:   1 year

 

 

EXPERIENCE SKILL SET:

 

DataStage Development, DataStage Testing, DataStage architecture

 

PLSQL Programming, ETL Tool Application Development, Database Skills, ETL Tool Architecture, BI Tool Architecture, Unix Shell Scripting, Data Modeling Concepts & Tools, Job scheduling, OS Knowledge on Unix, Linux, MS, Value Add Tools, Data Quality Tool Development, Metadata Tools,

 

-Design and build ETL solutions for complex enterprise Data Warehouse and BI applications.

-Develop Data Stage jobs using various stages

-Experience in Tuning DataStage transformations and SQL queries for optimal performance

-Translate business requirements into Architecture / High Level Design and low level design, taking into account all component integration aspects.

-Develop full understanding of industry practices, company standards and processes.

-Proactively identify and communicate risks and issues to management and create action plans to mitigate risks.

Strong experience with Oracle 10g,11i  including developing stored procedures and triggers
