MUST
7+ yrs of BA experience
Utility background (energy, electric, water management, ami, dsm)
Must be able to communicate well with the business (non-technical users) and the technical team. The jargon they use for the users will be different from what they use for the technical team. They must be able to translate user requirements to the technical team in a way they will understand, and vice versa.
