Ability to understand and articulate complex business BI requirements with 8 to 10 years of experience § Expertise in developing Cognos 8 Framework Manager models § Experience building complex reports, dashboards, and scorecards § Experience analyzing data and interpreting results § Knowledge of OLAP analysis and cube development § Ability to analyze and develop reporting systems architecture § Logical data modeling experience § General database knowledge and expertise in SQL § May need to work as COE o Cognos Capabilities: § Expertise in developing Cognos 8 Framework Manager models § Expertise in developing complex Cognos 8 reports in Report Studio and Analysis Studio § Good to have experience with other BI tools like: § Business Objects § Crystal § Micro strategy § Brio § Hyperion § Reporting Services § ProClarity
