Java/JSF Developer
Columbia, SC.
Our large healthcare client in Columbia, SC is looking for Java/JSF Portal Developers to work on multiple long term (1 year plus with option to renew) projects.
Responsibilities:
· Work as part of a team to complete development tasks
· Participate in functional design specification reviews and work with technical team members to determine technical design approaches
· Develop technical specifications from functional specifications
· Understand the proposed architectural (SOA) and the project development approach
· Develop application using JSF, IBM RAD in a WebSphere environment, based on the technical specifications
· Adhere to the specified guidelines and standards
· Collaborate with the business users and the business analysts to ensure the code is developed according to the specifications
· Ensure that the coding for the application is complete, including development, unit testing, and bug fixing
· They have an innovative and highly visible group that is responsible for building integration solutions for their entire enterprise.
Requirements:
· 5 plus years of IT experience
· 4 years of Java Server Faces (JSF) experience
· 2 years of WebSphere Application Server experience
· 2 years of IBM RAD
· 7 years of J2EE experience
· 3 years JSP/Servlets experience
· 2 years of Websphere Portal experience
