Job Description :
· Strong interviewing, facilitation, problem resolution, consensus building, and negotiating skills
· Must be capable of translating business plans and requirements into information systems concepts and produce and update supporting documentation.
· Work experience and understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, thorough knowledge of the software specification process and software development processes, and software architecture.
· Must have excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
· Business systems analysis and business process improvement in defining complex financial applications and supporting functions.
· Organizing and facilitating the deriving system requirements from interviews with customers or requirements gathering work sessions.
· Must have a strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirements
· Professional who works well independently or as part of a team
· Work experience in gathering functional requirements and creating a functional requirements document and developing graphical user interface with tools like Adobe Fireworks.
· Work experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions either on a one-on-one basis or in a classroom setting.
· Experience in monitoring or managing contractual agreements for information technology, with preference for business analysis and project management.
· Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS)
· Work experience in system testing which includes the development of test plans, test cases and conducting testing sessions

Position : Business Analyst

Job Description:
· Business Analysis in the information technology industry with emphasis on understanding data, data flows, and the need for data quality and integrity.
· Coordination of cross-organizational initiatives to improve data quality and integrity, establish data definitions, and document business rules.
· Facilitation of process design and business process improvement initiatives directed at improving services.
· Meeting planning, scheduling, materials preparation, facilitation, and follow-up on action items, with an emphasis on being able to facilitate group discussion toward the objectives of the meeting agenda. Delivery of presentations and training to all levels, including end-users.
· Creation and maintenance of documentation, including but not limited to: strategic, business, and functional requirements, policy and process documents, and training materials.
· On a change management project, experience managing relationships and negotiating agreements with the project stakeholders, from executives to technical SMEs to business stakeholders; expertise at developing rapport and buy-in.
· Strong initiative and ability to identify priorities and accomplish multiple objectives with limited direction
· Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including superior presentation skills with creative responsibility in the development of presentation materials.
· Expertise in utilizing MS/Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Visio, and Microsoft Project
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business or equivalent experience.
· Broad understanding of data governance principles and practices.
· Experience with health and human services at the state or federal level in the areas of acute, managed, and/or long-term care.
· Knowledge and understanding of current healthcare initiatives, such as Medicaid Information Technology Architecture, Health Information Exchange / Health Information Technology, Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, and American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
