Job Title	:	CRM Functional consultant expert in Oracle R12 CRM Modules( Service Contract & Depot Repair) – Onsite
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	5-6 Yrs Functional Consultant experience in Oracle R12
Technical/Functional Skills	:	· Oracle Ebusiness Suite implementation Experience · Good R12 Product Knowledge in Install base, Service Contract, Field Service and Depot Repair
Experience Required		5 -6 Years
Roles & Responsibilities	:	· Analyze the functional requirement. · Preparation and getting the approval of functional document from the business/IT owners. · Explaining the requirement to the technical lead and getting technical specification. · Be involved in the application(s) technical architecture analysis, design, implementation, and reviews; and ensure that the client requirements are · Define the technical reference Document, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals of the application · Act as SME for the Oracle R12 implementations in Motorola · Ensure that the technical Design is consistent with the client's requirement · Responsible for mentoring and guiding the other team members working on the project
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Good inter personal skills in managing client and offshore Development team
