Job Description:

·         Install and Manage Windows Servers (Windows 2003 / 2008 Servers)

·         Install and manage network equipment's (Routers , switches , firewalls etc)

·         Manage User accounts on active directory

·         Manage Anti-virus control

·         Build / Deploy desktop images

·         Support end user desktops/laptops and applications

·         Trouble shoot Hardware problems on desktops , laptops , servers etc.

·         Perform Daily Data backup of servers

·         Inventory control of IT Equipment's of Remote Users and at all office locations

 

Skill Sets:

·         Good knowledge on Windows XP , Windows 7 , Windows 2003 & Windows 2008 Server Operating Systems

·         Knowledge on LAN and WAN Devices

·         Good Trouble shooting skills on Laptops for remote users.

·         Good knowledge on Desktop imaging and application packaging.
