Position: Performance Test Lead/ Engineer
Location/City Name: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6 months
For Lead Role: Strong experience in handling a team of performance testers(6-8) and onsite-offshore experience is preferred.
Rest requirement is same for both the roles:
· Sound hands on experience in Performance testing using Performance Centre or LoadRunner 11.0/9.5/9.1
· Strong understanding of performance testing life cycle and concepts
· Knowledge of working on protocols other than WEB (HTTP/HTML)
· Hand on user level [at least] working experience with one of the Windows and Unix flavor OS Monitoring
· Working experience with Oracle/SQL Database, JBoss/WAS application servers and others
· System performance testing methodology awareness: peak, spike & endurance tests
· Capture non-functional requirements for SUT, analyze the information and prepare the Non-Functional Requirement specification document
· Understand the application and write test cases/scripts/conditions and its review preferably using a tool (e.g. LoadRunner).
· Analyse, prepare and publish test reports to leads
· Attitude towards tuning will be an added advantage
· Open to travel and an outstanding attitude to accept challenges
· Strong communication skills and a good team player
