We have an urgent requirement for " BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST " consultants with one of my clients. Please find the details of the position given below.

 

Position:                       Business System Analyst Consultant

Location:                       Bothell, WA

Duration:                      3 Months with possibility of Extension

Rate:                            Open $/Hr All Inclusive

Start Date:                     ASAP

Positions:                      One

 

 

Required Skills:

·         1+ year of experience performing analysis and conceptual design of an IVR System on VoiceXML, DTMF Platforms that uses text-to-speech and speech recognition

·         1+ years experience with Speech Recognition and Text-To-Speech, Voice User Interface Design preferred

·         Experience with writing and/or testing Speech Recognition Grammar files using grxml

·         Experience with scripting using VBscript or Javascript.

·         Experience with defect management tools such as HP Quality Center, HP Openview, BAC

·         Working knowledge and basic understanding of Cisco ICM, TIBCO, SQL/Oracle, UML, SOAP/WSDL

·         Experience working with the SDLC and coaching others on SDLC concepts

·         Experience interpreting business requirements and translating business requirements into functional requirements and design

·         Excellent MS Office Skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio a big plus

·         Has experience with various business process and system modeling tools including: Data Flow Diagrams, Process Models, ER diagrams, Dimensional Data Models, Context Models, Event Modeling, State Modeling, Process decomposition, and Use Case Scenarios

·         Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and delegate to others as well as monitor their work for completion

·         Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications
