Position Summary:

Technology Lead is responsible for guiding one or more teams in the full project lifecycle deliver of applications or infrastructure related projects. The Technology Lead will act as the subject matter expert in his/her area of expertise ensuring successful integration of projects with enterprise infrastructure.  The Technology Lead role will include hands on technical contribution, providing expert level technical guidance to team members as well as providing varying levels of team and project management.  This role will typically report to a senior manager.

 

In this position, this resource will:

• Provide technical oversight of "Desking and Pricing" Project delivery. This project is in Planning and Analysis phase
• Assist in supporting existing applications under Product and Marketing application Portfolio.

Technical Requirements

Must have:

• Minimum 8 years in application development with a minimum of 5 years experience in the specific technical area of expertise
• Broad technical background in that will include application development and/or infrastructure related projects
• Oracle experience
• Java and java frameworks (Spring Hibernate, EJB, ehCache,…)
• Understanding of design Patterns
• Previous experience with rules engines
• Strong Unix skills
• J2EE Application server experience (Weblogic, JBOSS)
• Complete understanding of security frameworks
• UML
• Service Oriented architecture and distributed application design and implementation

Nice to have:

• Previous experience with rules engines
• Knowledge of enterprise with architecture frameworks
