Be responsible for coding and debugging applications and services for the Enterprise Service development team. He/she helps design and maintains software applications. Software Engineer, Jr. will interface with analysts and customers to help gather user requests for different features to improve speed, performance and usability. He/she will conduct system tests, troubleshoot customer issues and correct software defects. Other duties include creating customer software manuals and project documentation, and developing prototypes for new software technologies
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years' experience as a software engineer
- Sharepoint experience
- 2 years' experience using the .Net framework and 1 years' experience developing software for mobile devices or internet web applications and portals
- Familiar with performance architecture, tuning and debugging distributed systems.
- Experience with Open Source Development
- Demonstrated success as software engineer
- Project Management – familiar with project management principles
- Demonstrated continued knowledge acquisition of emerging technologies

· Develops system processing flows
· Translates business requirements to system requirements

PE Reporting Analyst Job Tasks / Deliverables
Analyst will work weekly to extract, execute data entry, and conduct analysis of data from our NICE call monitoring application. Analysis includes trend analysis on data for phone based compliance and soft skills associated with Call Center resources. Additionally analyst will work with Call Miner and support our call / speech analytics reporting and trend analysis needs. Experience with analysis of data associated with NICE screen and voice data is required. Experience with Speech Analytics or Call Analytics applications is required.
Data is extracted from our NICE PERFORM v 3.1 application for Call Quality Assurance Forms. Forms are completed in our online call monitoring application (NICE Perform) on a daily basis. The reporting analyst will be responsible for accessing NICE, exporting data from NICE and creating reports / graphs and pivot tables in MS Excel.

- Monthly CQS (Call Center Call Quality Scores) PE reports on LOB performance trends for compliance on evaluated call center agent calls.
Level 3 Coaching Skill Reports
- Bi-weekly skill development reports for Collections, Customer Service, and Customer Loyalty.
- Retail Retention weekly skill development trending report for TLs
- CS weekly skill development trending report for TLs on Customer Service soft skill development
