Job Description:

SAP HR PCL2 conversion development / HCM Archiving: Manage and guide offshore developers through the developement of the PCL2 conversion - Identify conversion requirements - Review delivered code - identify and resolve issues - coach offshore developers - Candidate has worked with PCL2 database and understands PCL2 enhancements   no travel required - candidate needs to be able to adjust own work schedule to work with offshore location (Philippines) - candidate will be required to provide documentation for all project activities realted to requirement, development and issue resolution.
