Job Description :

6+ years of prior Java development experience required.

Candidates should exhibit lead, senior JAVA developer qualities.

 

Responsible for analysis, design, coding and testing of new applications or enhancements to existing applications using Java-based technologies, including Java, J2EE, JSP, XML, JDBC, and Servlets. Must be able to apply SDLC concept and have a proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications. Must have a solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming.

Java, JSP, Web Logic, Oracle, SQL, Active Directory:

Extensive experience with Java o Experience with HMTL/DHTML/JavaScript o Extensive experience with Java Server Pages (JSP)

Extensive experience with Web Logic and deployment of web apps on Web Logic o Strong Oracle experience including; tables design, stored procedures, expertise using complex SQL and PL/SQL. Good knowledge of relational database structures and table relationships.

Strong analytical and communication skills to be able to work closely with business partners to gather and document requirements.

Strong writing skills to be able to create clear and concise project documents: Design, Test Plans.

Responsible for creating and executing Unit and System Test Plans that are relevant to the technical and business functions.

Operating System LINUX, UNIX, Windows XP, Software Version Control, Schedulers: Cron, Control M.

Handling security in JSP (maintaining session status, authentication via Active Directory etc.)
