Duration : 6 Months

Rate : $60/Hr C2C

Responsibilities: 

Provide onsite Tibco resource to support and mentor CGW, PCMH and Price and Ship support teams maintaining the (Consilidated Gateway) CGW 5010 application, PCMH application and the Price and Ship application on a daily basis. The support includes but is not limited to code development, coordination, mentoring, testing and status reporting. The onsite person must be a skilled analyst as well as developer in order to coordinate and troubleshoot various issues with the application leads. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Mentoring and knowledge transfer of the application production support teams will be coordinated with Integration Competency Center. The resource will adhere to CareFirst standards and guidelines and train the staff on appropriate use of the guidelines. Unit testing best practices and reusable test beds will be delivered as part of this engagement. Highly skilled individual needs for the following products: BusinessConnect, BusinessWorks, Smartmapper, Business Events, ADB, and all protocols used by Business connect. Other products will be supported as needed. Specifically: 

1. Support Transition of TIBCO 837 services with CGW 5010 project, Member Match, NPI crosswalk, PPE editing, DCN service and final 837 formatting.

2. Support coding enhancements to PCMH services and 5010 Price and Ship application.

3. Support Transition of TIBCO 835 services with CGW 5010 project.

4. Provide training and mentoring knowledge transfer sessions.
