Description:
Experience & Skills
1 Overall experience of 8 to 10 years.
Good Functional knowledge in R12 Oracle Apps Financials (General Ledger, Account Receivables, Accounts Payable,
EB-Tax, Cash Management, Fixed Assets Modules)
2. Ability to interact with Business users to gather the functional requirements and present solution options.
3. Ability to prepare Functional Requirement documents, Fit-Gap analysis, Functional Solution Design, System
Configuration documents, Test scripts.
4. At least 2 implementation experience as Functional Consultant in R12 Oracle Financials
5. Understanding on Finance domain and upcoming trends, industry best practices
6. Understanding of implementation approach and use of implementation methodology
7. Experience in working with offshore team and ensuring a daily onsite-offshore interaction
8. Ability to drive and steer the client team to adopt implementation best practices
