Platinum PI Basis Resource needed that can dig in and identify issues and provide solution.
Expectations:
• Resource needed on onsite in Tempe
• Resource must be hands-on, willing to dig into our specific use cases and implementation. This is in terms of design, development, Basis and infrastructure. We don't want someone who is all theory.
• Customer will commit to making our top resources in this area available to work with the consultant, providing an overview of the environment and our current failures/symptoms, and any other information required
• Main deliverable – Customer wants to walk away with specific items that they need to deliver on in order to stabilize the environment.
Customer is currently in a situation where they have to restart Java nodes and do system reboots multiple times a week. It is creating a lot of pain within the business, and definitely within IT as resources are working 24x7 to keep the system limping along.
