·         Business Analysts who can explain the testing approaches to Business using Global Test Plan (align to Global template rollouts) 

·         Definitely needs to have experience in composing a Test Strategy and Test Plan

·          Needs to be familiar with how to compose test scenarios involving 3rd party systems and how to account for them logically. 

·         Create and communicate reporting and status of testing;

• Track, assign, and resolve defects.
