Java Architect w/ COBOL

Franklin Lakes, NJ

4+ months

 

Skills Description/Technical Environment:

1.      Extensive J2EE development experience

2.      Experience with distributed caching (e.g., Coherence, GigaSpace, GemFire, TerraData)

3.      Experience with Spring / Hibernate framework

4.      Experience of Object Modeling in GemFire Grid Data Fabric Technology preferred

5.      Excellent English Language Skills

6.      Analyze existing legacy data models (COBOL Copybooks, VSAM File and DB2 Schemas)

7.      Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management companies, alternatively Life Sciences or Health Insurance industries preferred

8.      Quick learner

9.      UML experience

10.   Experience working with Agile SDLC preferred
