Requirement component : SAP ECC5, BW & SolMan - System Netweaver & Security administration :

1. Support change control & transport capabilities consistent with T&FS Change Management process.
2. User account management & password reset.
3. Monitor & maintain system availability.
4. System monitoring & Early Watch reports.
5. Database backup & recovery.
6. Database space monitoring & management.
7. Annual Support Package application.
8. Annual SAP License Audit Reporting.
9. Quarterly QA system refresh.
