Job Title: Data Warehousing/ Modeling
Location: Nyc
Duration: 6+ Month Contract

Position Description
A senior Business Intelligence developer required to work in the IT team that supports the Credit Risk Department responsible for monitoring, measuring and communicating credit risks generated by Morgan Stanley?s business lines.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, tuning and supporting large-scale Data Warehouses (DB2 UDB, Oracle, etc.) and Cubes (SQL Server Analysis Services, Hyperion, Cognos etc.) They will also have strong relational and multi-dimensional data modeling skills and excellent SQL and MDX. They must also have a working knowledge of ETL tools (Informatica, Microsoft Integration services etc.)
 
Skills Required
 5+ years RDBMS/SQL experience (DB2 UDB preferred), 5+ years Olap/MDX experience (SQL Server Analysis Services preferred), 5+ years ETL experience (Informatica preferred), Excellent analytical ability, Strong collaboration and communication skills. Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services.
 
Skills Desired:
Risk/Financial Systems experience, DB2 UDB, Informatica.
