Job Title: PeopleSoft Upgrade Functional Lead
Location: Chicago,IL
Duration: 7 months+

Job Description: This position will be responsible for the following:
Design and Requirements
Participate in and represent HR in upgrade design and requirements sessions.
Provide input and recommendations on best practice for functionality, design and process as it relates to PeopleSoft and related third party applications and integration points.
Assist in the review of all project documentation to ensure decisions made in design and requirements sessions have been documented appropriately.
Testing
Review test scripts and scenarios for all HR modules.
Coordinate and facilitate HR module testing sessions with HR users.
Assist with coordinating any pilot groups or testing sessions external to the HR division.
Execute testing scripts for HR core module testing, and other modules as needed.
Web Based Training and Documentation
Work with HR users to document new functionality and processes to update existing or create new internal training documents.
Work with HR users to update existing or create new web-based training materials using the Captivate tool.
Assist in drafting process flow documentation with HR users as necessary. 

Additional Skills:
3-5 years experience with PeopleSoft HCM required. PeopleSoft HCM testing experience preferred.
PeopleSoft HCM Upgrade to v9.1 experience preferred (preferably from v8.9).
3-5 years experience in business system design and analysis required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
Great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
Knowledge Microsoft Project, Word and Excel required.
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Visio preferred.
