• Hands on enterprise Cisco and Cisco VPN experience.
• Hands-on experience with IPSec site-to-site VPN using Cisco's ASA

• Experience troubleshooting T1, DS3, MPLS circuits

Responsible for building, and implementing network systems across the enterprise. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all local and wide area network connections, corporate servers, associated software, and communication links. Troubleshoot network performance issues, as well as analyze network traffic and provide capacity planning solutions. Monitor and analyze network performance across the organization's LANs, WANs, and wireless deployments. Identify and remedy network performance bottlenecks. Configure and troubleshoot servers, including e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated operating systems and software. Install and configure all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, UPSs, and so on. Inspect, maintain, and where necessary replace network cabling, voice/data jacks, and other network-related equipment. Ensure network and IP connectivity of all workstations, application servers, and back-end office infrastructure.
Expert Level Bachelors Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology Services from College or University • 5 to 10 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards, including Exchange, Directory Services, Cisco Networking, Cisco UCM, Windows XP/7
• Strong knowledge of local area network administration.
• Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with data management.
• Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
• Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

• Network + or A+ Certifications
