Roles/Responsibilities:

• 3-4 SAP CRM implementation experience
• Experience as CRM lead consultant; providing guidance to the functional consultants and development team for developing the solution
• Should be able to do business blueprinting for delivering the solution as well as preparation of functional specifications
• Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving ,critical thinking skills as well as leadership skills
• Should have thorough SAP CRM configuration experience
• Experience of working in SAP CRM 7.0
• CRM Sales, Marketing, Service Management and Middleware experience
• Should be comfortable with working in Web Dynpro ABAP environment
