 Job description:

 Technical Skills: •At least 5 years of overall experience in the IT support/service industry •Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in enterprise support for SMS/ConfigMgr 2007. •In depth knowledge of SMS/ConfigMgr infrastructure including Client Health, Software Updates Management, OS Deployment, and Software Distribution. •Ability to write complex SQL/WQL queries. •Thorough understanding of Windows server and client platforms. •Excellent in Windows, SQL, VBS / PowerShell Scripting and WMI to automate manual tasks •Knowledge of WMI and XML is very essential. •Good understanding of Active Directory, OU structures and Group Policy is a big plus •Understanding of Branch Cache, Multicast and related network technologies is a big plus •Performs complex problem solving, determination and resolution of Application-related and SQL issues. •Understanding of multi-tiered application technology. Certifications: 1.MCSE certification is preferred 2.SCCM 2007 certified is preferred Client Environment: SCCM 2007, Config Manager 2012, SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
