Hotlist-Hotlist Need IT Technical Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

 

As a Technical Recruiter – North American Markets you will be responsible to identify and deliver resources to Visionsoft International Inc's Fortune 100 clients.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • Experience in delivering technical resources around Networking, Telecommunication, Development Test, Product Development, ERP  and Software Development.
  • Inherent knowledge of US based tax terms including W-2, 1099, Corp to Corp, T-4, Per Diems etc.
  • Strong sales attitude to successfully deliver resources to meet revenue targets.
  • Good understanding of core engineering and IT roles, and technologies in a corporate world to intelligently understand the client needs
  • Ability to use advanced search techniques, including social networking, professional networking sites, and Google string searches.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to impress top talent.
  • An out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to strategize and couple it with hands on execution abilities to search for niche technical skills.
  • From our job board search CVs using key words, review CVs, contact candidates and short list CVs to match against Job Description with an explanation.He or she is rated on his or her ability to understand the requirement, willingness to ask questions and application of logic in matching the CV's to the job description in the fixed period of time.
