Senior Tester or Test lead .  Senior resource must be strong communicator and be able to lead team (again, they will be writing test cases, executing as well)

Technical Skills

• ·           ∙         SQL database 

• ·           ∙         Cognos 

• ·           ∙         DB2 database 

• ·           ∙         SQL Server / Cognos cubes
