Leading a Team of 5-6 Members

Candidate should have 10+ years of experience in Cobol,JCL,CICS,DB2 and VSAM

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Excellent communication skills (listening, persuasiveness, oral, written)

Strong people skills (team orientation, judgment, interpersonal relations)

Ability to work with minimal direction from management 

Result and goal oriented

Highly proactive, takes initiative

IBM certifications a plus
