Salary: $Open+ benefits

Our recent unexpected departure of our Scrum Master for our ongoing  Agile project has left us with an immediate need.  We HAVE to have a Scrum Master that doubles as a developer as soon as possible for the account. 

The following is the description for this role that needs to be 100% onsite. .NET DEVELOPMENT EXP IS A MUST

 

Scrum Master

• Coordinates activities of the Scrum Team.
• Ensure Agile principles are properly implemented and adopted.
• Facilitates the daily Scrum and ensures active participation.
• Protects the Sprint ensuring that the team meets Story Points target.
• Facilitate Story Point assessment for any new User Story.
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts.
• Radiate information to ensure transparency.
• Support the Product Owner.
• Facilitate creativity and empower the development team.
• Teaches the Scrum Team by coaching and by leading it to be more productive and produce higher quality products.  Promote improvement of the engineering practices and tools.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning and Retrospective meetings
