Title : BA/QA analyst 5 years experience in the Business A Requirement : BA/QA analyst 5 years experience in the Business Analyst/Testing role for Financial Services Industry Quality Center Location : NYC, NY Duration : 6+ Required : Direct Face-Face   Description: Position 1: BA/QA analyst Location: NY Client: Banking Duration: 6m+ Start: Immediate Financial industry exp is a must. Direct in person - should be able to go for in person at a short notice Role Description: Document Business Requirements Document Functional Specifications Assist in outlining future state Operating Model and document process flows Create Test Scenarios and Scripts Execute test scripts in a variety of front-end brokerage applications Track Script Execution Results, and compile test metrics Follow up on open issues with Build Teams and Middle/Front Office partners Define Test Plans clearly outlining test objectives & scope Keep Project Manager up to date on progress and results on deliverables Position Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in the Business Analyst/Testing role for Financial Services Industry Working knowledge of all phases of Project Lifecycle phases and artifacts (i.e. Project Plans, BRDs, FSDs, etc) Experience in all modules of Quality Center (Releases, Requirements, Test Plan, Test Lab and Defects) Self-starter (ability to learn and deliver results quickly) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task Agile/able to quickly adopt to change Results oriented Attention to detail Strong analytical skills Ability to resolve issues and escalate where appropriate There will be a detailed background check if selected including education and employment history (7 years).
