JAVA/Flex Programmer / Analyst
Relevant Experience (Yrs) :
3 years of Flex and 4-6 years JAVA development
Necessary Skills :
At least 3 years of demonstrated experience as programmer analyst in Flex/Flash and/or Java development, with SQL programming experience, and exposure to IDEs like Eclipse, RAD7 or 8 and Flex Builder.
Exposure to Mate or other Flex frameworks
Experience with development under an iterative process framework like Agile/XP, Agile/SCRUM.
Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal direction
