Job Description:

This position is within the AIM Analytics team and will be responsible
for:

"Work with AIM internal teams, fellow managers, technical staff and
business partners to define and document business requirements
"Leverage advanced SAS Tool, such as Enterprise Guide, to design,
develop, and maintain an efficient tracking and reporting process/tool
for performance tracking, program measurement and analytic or
information based solutions support
"Create and deliver the monthly tracking and reporting and support key
business strategies with insightful information and recommendations.
Ensure flawless execution and quality control
"Perform and deliver complex ad-hoc business analysis requests and
translate analytic output into understandable and actionable business
knowledge
"Work with Technology to design and develop a tracking and reporting
data warehouse for Analytics teams and business partners

REquired/Desired Skills:-

"SAS Expert with extensive use of SAS Macro and macro variables, PROC
SQL
"Experience with database design
"Experience with statistical modeling and analysis
"Minimum of 3 year prior experience in data analytics industry
"Strong quantitative/analytical and problem solving skills
"Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word Demonstrated
project management skills

Behavior Characteristics:-
Highly motivated self-starter with excellent verbal and written
communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment on multiple projects
and drive results through direct and in-direct influence
Ability to manage complex analytic projects
