Position: Configuration Analysts (Trizetto Facets Claims Systems "FACETS")

Location: Providence, RI - CANDIDATES MUST BE PREPARED TO INTERVIEW IN -PERSON IF REQUIRED. THEY OFTEN PREFER IN-PERSON INTERVIEWS

JOB SUMMARY (Describe in 2-3 sentences the purpose of this position):

Responsible for offering support to business customers dealing with the Technology Services division.  Analyzes and assesses business requirements and designs and develops solutions for requirements in Facets.  Also responsible for utilizing various Facets functional applications to build, test and implement those solutions within Facets.  Works in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

 

Required Skills: Configuration Management, Facets Claims Systems, Healthcare Insurance Experience

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (nature and scope of position, maximum of 10):

•     Offer support to business customers in dealings with Technology Services and translates requirements into configuration solutions.

•     Design, build and test Facets configuration in support of business requirements

•     Work directly with business customers and gain expertise in multiple operational areas pertaining to Facets.

•     Participate in functional specification and design reviews, validating configuration aspects.  

•     Participate in the development of configuration processes, gaining expertise in one or more functional areas and gaining a general understanding of all functional areas.

•     Work with Facets tables and data models using various analytical tools to extract and assess data.

•     Generate clear and concise documentation and communicate effectively to customers and management.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education and Experience:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience. 

·         3-5 years of healthcare industry experience including but not limited to:

·         Managed Care

·         Medical Terminology

·         Basic Business understanding of Claims Processing, Providers, Benefits and Enrollment
