Job Description:
• The candidate shall have a 2 - 5 years of experience a Technical
Recruiter to recruit IT talent, through partnerships and contacts.
• Should be required to work closely with our Business Development
team in understanding the requirements, search the candidates,
negotiating the rates, coordinate interviews, and other assistance
needed for a successful start of the project.
• Experience in working with direct clients to understand their needs
and provide qualified profiles
Required Qualification and Skills:
• Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain
growth goals.
• Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
• Should have exposure to recruiting for unconventional needs (not
just for simple requirements like Java, .net, C etc)
• Must have US IT staffing industry experience working with H1b, US
Citizens and Greencard holders
• Must be able to handle multiple requirements and should have an
excellent submission rate with quick turnaround
• Must have deep understanding of various IT technologies.
Desired Skills:
• Existing contacts with vendors and consultants
• Experience with recruiting tools like Cbiz, Zoniac, ACT etc..
• Experience in working with direct clients

Title: Business Developement Executive

Job Description:
• Work closely with our CLIENTS and communicate the requirements to
the recruiting team
• Handle the complete sales cycle for staffing - client interactions,
submissions, closure, documentation, interviews. rate negotiation.
• Manage and grow existing accounts
• Responsible for lead generation and new client acqusition
• Experience in working with direct clients to understand their needs
and provide qualified profiles
• Cold calling and generating leads and pipeline
Required Qualification and Skills:
• The candidate shall have a 2+ years of experience a IT staffing
sales for DIRECT CLIENTS ONLY(PL NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR
BENCH SALES)
• Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain
growth goals.
• Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
• Must have US IT staffing industry experience working with H1b, US
Citizens and Greencard holders
• Must have deep understanding to various IT technologies.
