Role: Sr. SAP CRM Functional Consultant

Location: Los Angeles CA

Type:  Contract

Salary:  $Open

 

Note: Experience and ability to work with and manage onsite and offshore team.

 

The details are as follows:

 

1. Job Position: Sr. CRM Consultant with at least 2 CRM upgrade project experience and ability to work with and manage onsite and offshore team.
2. Job Description:
1. Should be a B.E. / B.Tech / M.E./ M.Tech with Domain Experience of at least 4 - 6 years in capacity of relevant Sales , Distribution & Customer Relationship management activities in Banking and Finance Verticals
2. Overall SAP experience of  5 - 6 years of which at least 3 - 4 years in SAP CRM domain
3. Minimum of 1 Complete Life cycle Implementation in SAP - SD modules & 2 complete implementation in SAP CRM domain covering functional areas of Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Internet sales, Interaction centre, CRM Analytics
4. Experience of working on the following modules of CRM
1. SFA – Accounts and Contacts, Activity Management and Opportunity Management.
2. Marketing Automation – Customer Segmentation and Campaign Management and ELM
3. Management of security authorizations in SAP CRM
4. CRM Web based portal application with single sign on capability
5. MSA –Mobile Sales Application
5. Experience and knowledge of working in SAP ERP versions 4.6C, 4.7  & ECC 5.0 and SAP CRM version 5.0 and above
6. Knowledge and expertise of configuring Integrations with other systems viz. ERP, SCM PLM etc. is desirable
7. Experience & Knowledge of Project Management techniques desirable
8. Basic knowledge of CRM - ABAP language & Middleware configuration will be an added advantage
9. SAP Certification mandatory
10. Must be a Good communicator with flair in accurate presentations and interpersonal skills
11. Experience of working on cross application areas will be an added advantage
