Hotlist-Hotlist QA tester Needed LOCAL/Nearby to IL!! (F2F Must)

Required Skill Sets for Position:
- Back end testing experience of being able to compare DB2 vs Oracle tables
- Self-motivated and only require minimum supervision once tasks have been identified
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-changing environment
- Willingness to devote the necessary time and effort to meet project deadlines
- Attention to detail is a must
- Good oral and written communication skills (ability to articulate findings and be ready to interact with both Admin and Development teams)

The following tasks need to be done by the planned MFE consultant to free up the FTE's to work on other high priority projects:
- Run all B/S, IDB and GAINS compare programs on a daily basis
- Extract and disseminate all results to stakeholders
- Perform field by field analysis to establish trends as to why the fields are not matching
- Send out reports & perform follow up on different items to enhance our existing comparison process to eliminate newly discovered false positives that slow down our analysis efforts
- Help determine priority on different issues
- Start analyzing/gathering requirements to build a CDPS audit process to replace the previous B/S audit process
