The Federal Reserve System's Enterprise Web Services team located in Chicago requires an experienced SharePoint 2010 consultant resource to lead the redesign and development effort for the Federal Reserve System's key intranet websites. The resource should have proven hands on experience with requirements gathering, design, development, integration to CMS systems, and implementation as it relates to SharePoint 2010. The resource should be able to effectively communicate SharePoint 2010 best practices, and demonstrate an ability to creatively transform a primarily informational intranet website into a dynamic and engaging SharePoint 2010 website with relevant social media capabilities. The resource will work with a cross-functional team and be required to present and convey ideas to a diverse audience of constituents. The ideal candidate should be persuasive from a business perspective, yet technically savvy and conversant in related technologies that are complementary to SharePoint 2010.
Required Skill Metric on the consultants experience:
SharePoint 2010 Development experience (experience building custom web parts)
SharePoint 2010 Designer for workflows, CSS, Design, etc. (experience building custom master pages and layouts)
SharePoint 2010 Integration to WCM tools (Drupal, Autonomy TeamSite)
API
C#
.NET development, preferably .NET 3.5 or later
XML
XSL
Web Services
JavaScript
Web 2.0 solutions, such as Blogs, wiki's, social networking (Profiles & My Sites)
Active Directory
Windows Server 2003/2008
DNS/WINS
SQL Server
