Job Title : .NET lead.
LOCATION  : Quintiles, NC
DURATION  : 6 months


REQUIREMENTS
Experience in EPM ( Microsoft Enterprise Project Management) and
experience in building applications related to Resource management and
Planning. Basically Quintiles does not want to use the Resource
management piece of the EPM tool they have and want to build customize
.net application for this piece.

There is no rate ceiling for a good candidate - but it's important to
get a very good, hands-on person for Lead who will then be allowed to
build up his/her own team.

·  Minimum of 8 yrs. of total Microsoft .NET development experience,
of which at least three years in SharePoint technology, vis. WSS 3.0,
MOSS 2007, MS SharePoint Foundation 2010

·  Hands on experience in Architecting and Developing Web based
applications using C#, ASP.NET [1], SQL Server. (Ideal candidate would
have worked on ASP.NET [2] for several years before moving to
SharePoint)

·  Experience in SharePoint API, Server Object Model, Java Script
Client Object Model (Silverlight experience not necessary)

·  Experience in working with RESTful Web Services, WCF Services and
understanding of these services in SharePoint.

·  Experience in building custom applications using SharePoint
framework; non trivial applications such as building Application pages,
Customizing the SharePoint Ribbon, Custom workflows etc.

·  Hands on experience in using JQuery and JQuery Plugins and using it
inside SharePoint.

·  Expert (Power User) knowledge of Out of the Box features of
SharePoint, especially SharePoint Foundation 2010.

·  Experience in Agile Product development environment

·  BA/BS degree or technical institute training; 5 or more yrs of
development experience on multi platform, databases, languages with
expert level experience in business / technical applications.

·  Must have good communication skill, strong leadership skill of
motivating , and managing team members

·  Excellent Analysis, design and documentation skills.

·  Ability to take ownership, and produce quality deliverables on
schedule

·  Ability to prioritize effectively, in fast paced environment

·  Ability to study and learn technology , business process quickly
and independently.

·  Passion for continuous improvement of critical business process
