·         Must have 4+ years of Java/J2EE

·         Must have 4 years of XML, XSL, XSLT

·         familiarity with Websphere MQ

·         familiarity with enterprise integration concepts,

o   bonus if they are familiar with WBE and how an IBM DataPower XI 50 device works

·         familiarity with Websphere App Server (WAS) and WAS tuning

·         familiarity with JMS

·         familiarity with Oracle RAC on Linux

·         JAVA programming

o   bonus skill;  Websphere Process Server

o   bonus skill:  Websphere Business Monitor"
