* Experience in Domino Designer R6.5, 7.x & 8.5.2 versions
* Must have 7 to 8 years experience in IBM Lotus Notes application development
* Very good in defining LN apps migration, decommissioning, Archiving approach and roadmap
* Experience in Lotus script, Formula language, Java script, web based development knowledge
* Experience in developing Domino automation tools
* Good Customer Interface/ Communication Skills
