Responsibilities include:
• Understand customer requirements and provide web based solutions to meet requirements using existing standards or recommend new technology.
• Provide cost estimates and approach to customer requested projects.
• Expertise in multiple internet technology environments and an in-depth understanding of the Enterprise's architecture and business planning and strategy requirements.
• Very strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
•May provide proof-of-concept development efforts or highly complex components as part of a project team.
• Oversee implementation of technological solutions to support future business strategy across the Enterprise.
• Coordinates resources to ensure optimum system efficiency and directs continuous system enhancements are implemented to maintain or improve system integrity.
•Evaluates and implements technological improvements across the Enterprise to best support strategic business and technology planning.
• Consolidate and rationalizes business partners' IT plans and strategies.
• Oversees overall system integrity.
• Works with internal and external customer and vendor management to define system design requirements and maintain technology standards.
•Will also participate on corporate wide technology planning to determine the corporate technology architecture.
• Guides executive leadership to define the business strategy and the supporting technology architecture standards for Web.
• Determines how alignment of Enterprise infrastructure, applications and customer and system design requirements will influence strategic business and technology planning.
• Directs governance activities to ensure compliance with architecture standards.
• Establishes and influences supplier and customer relationships on a global basis to ensure business requirements are met.
• Develops, maintains and publishes enterprise-wide security standards, procedures and guidelines.
Additional Qualifications:
• Very strong knowledge of Sharepoint 2007 and 2010.
• Very strong hands-on development background including Sharepoint and .Net applications.
• Experience with eCommerce solutions. Microsoft Commerce Server experience preferred.
• Proven expertise in gathering customer requirements and translating those requirements into technical solutions.
• Very strong communication skills (both written and verbal) along with self-confidence — must be able to talk to both technical developers as well as business leaders. Must be able to influence others.
• Experience in Identify and access management (IAM), highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple challenging projects simultaneously.
•Demonstrate the cutting edge of enterprise software and SOA (Service orientated architecture).
•End-to-end SDLC experience: analysis and scoping, design, development, QA, and deployment.
•Logical and Physical Data modeling experience.
•Experience with the technology architecture and design of n-tiered web based systems, systems integration, and master data management.
•Proficient with MS Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• SQL Server including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS preferred.
